Check-in was smoother than sweet tea! The breakfast spread? Oh my stars, it was a feast fit for a king. I just couldn’t get enough of them fresh fruits. Plus, that little touch of live music made me feel right at home. Only thing I’d change? WiFi could use a little boost, bless their hearts.

The fridge in the room was broken, and despite reporting it, no replacement was available. We had a shortage of bath towels for our party, only receiving additional towels after a wait. Wifi connectivity in the room was weak and made working difficult. Requests to the receptionist took longer than expected to address.

The staff was phenomenal, assisting with my inquiries.

My check-in experience was a nightmare. I arrived at 2 PM and had to wait until 3:30 PM for my room to be ready, which was frustrating. The WiFi connection was weak, making it nearly impossible for me to complete any work during my stay.

The stay was great, especially since we were visiting the nearby Cotonou Central Mosque and other attractions. The concierge was super helpful in arranging transfers and tours, making our visit stress-free. I really appreciated the fresh options available at breakfast and that the sea view room was clean and spacious, even if the bathrooms were on the smaller side. However, the check-in process left a bit to be desired, as we had to wait longer than expected for our room to be ready.

I enjoyed everything about this stay! Just minutes from the airport and a pleasant walk to the beach. Breakfast was bountiful with fresh fruits and delicious options. The staff was phenomenal, assisting with my inquiries and providing on-the-spot support for my IT needs. A delightful experience overall!

My stay at Golden Tulip Le Diplomate was remarkable, thanks to the wonderful staff who consistently greeted me with warm smiles and eager assistance. The breakfast had a delightful variety of fresh fruits and pastries that truly made my mornings enjoyable.

I encountered weak WiFi connectivity.

It was just an optimal selection for a transient visit in Cotonou with very good value for money. I enjoyed the clean room that felt welcoming and had a cozy vibe. Bring a power strip if you have multiple devices because outlets were limited.

The buffet breakfast was absolutely bountiful, loaded with fresh fruit and juices. The staff were super friendly and professional. The location was key, just a short walk to the Amazon statue and nearby restaurants. Rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for our family vibe.

Really enjoyed the pool and helpful IT staff, but WiFi was spotty.

The Standard Twin Room was cozy and made me feel at home. The bed was super comfy, and the room was clean and welcoming. There were enough fresh towels too! I did notice the limited outlets though, which was a bit annoying for charging all my devices. But overall, it was a good stay!
